Pastor Ehlert has asked for us to pray for the Hmong congregations in the US.  They are being hit very hard with the "stay safe at home" orders.  Their congregations are much smaller and depend far more on extended family than the non-immigrant families. May the Holy Spirit bring them comfort, guide them through these rough times.  Let us open our hearts to find ways to help these people out.

May the Holy Spirit use us to fill this need.

Praise God as we walk through these troubled times,

as He is in control and we will come out as better people.

We must remember to thank God for the blessings He has given us big and small in the midst of the storm.

Give our spiritual leaders Your discernment on how to meet people’s needs as they continue to glorify Your name and encourage the Church.

Give our medical leaders insight into how to stop the virus. Strengthen their resolve and honor their hard work in creating a treatment for COVID-19.

Give our civic leaders inspiration, courage, joy, and strength to meet the needs of their communities.

And help us, as leaders in our communities, to display courage, hope, generosity, and kindness. Would the way we honor others inspire those around us.  In Jesus name.  Amen.
